Application and Challenge of Community Based School Social Work Used on the Educational Poverty Alleviation of INGO

In the minds of international NGOs, community is very important for those impoverished schoolchildren. Thus, for harmonizing school, family and community, for seeking more community resources, for creating a better development environment, INGO has utilized the idea, principle, method and technology of community based school social work nimbly. At the same time, INGO has also encountered many difficulties and challenge. So, in order to prepare for the thought, policy and complete the system arrangement for these international NGOs, for our native NGOs, for correlated departments of government and for the impoverished community inhabitants to organize, to harmonize, or to participate in the educational poverty alleviation orderly and reasonably in more social management domains, at the end of the article, these difficulties will be analyzed synoptically.
