The Protection for the Right to Environmental Information of Farmers in the Development of Transgenic Rice

In spite of the fact that no qualitative conclusion has been made about whether genetically modified rice will bring genetic pollution,the cultivation of the first genetically modified rice varieties for commercial has been permitted.The supply and acquisition of the information on genetic pollution are closely connected to the protection for the right to environmental information of farmers.Attempts should be made to explore the strategies for the protection the right to environmental information of farmers from the status of the farmers in the process of Transgenic rice,to protect the right to environmental information of farmers and to promote rural ecological sustainable development.
