To study dielectric properties of ferroelectric crystals

Abstract The dielectric properties of KDP crystals and various mol% (1 to 4 mol%) of amino acid doped KDP crystals at different thicknesses grown at room temperature by using Slow evaporation method. The prepared crystals are used to study the dielectric properties such as dielectric constant and AC conductivity as a function of frequency ranging from 50 Hz−5 MHz at room temperature are studied for the above mentioned ferroelectric crystals.
