Reflection on the Land Use System in China

In recent years many people are seeking scopes of investment with the increase of their wealth and value-maintaining or valueadding of social fortunes.The system of time limit of land use restricts the investment scopes to a great degree and makes people to choose short-term real estate investments.Therefore,the economy community develops uneasily and social resources can not become permanent social wealth.To solve these problems,reforms should be carried out in adjusting land ownership.Some suggestions are as follows: collective owned land should be shifted to state owned gradually,land should be owned by the state and permanent land use system should be promoted.By so doing,social capital flow can be adjusted,capital gambling can be restrained and social real estate is provided with a sustainable development platform so as to realize the stable,healthy,sustainable and harmonious development of economy community.
