PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking device capable of observing an air flow around an observation object at high flow velocity, and to provide an air flow observation device including the same.SOLUTION: A smoking device 1 is used for generating smoke by heating a smoking agent. The smoking device 1 includes: a frame member 2; a wire member 3 coated with the smoking agent, and stretched on the frame member 2 so as to extend in a flowing direction of smoke; and a voltage application device 4 capable of applying a voltage to the wire member 3 so as to generate smoke by heating the smoking agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
