A milker for mice.

: A new apparatus for milking mice was used to obtain milk from four anesthetized mice simultaneously over a period of 15 minutes. By using silicon rubber molded teat cups, eight teats could be milked automatically from each mouse. The average yield was 1.5 ml per mouse. This method was especially applicable to production of large amounts of mouse milk. Milking of rats was achieved with the apparatus without any changes.
