Improving the Hardware-Software Complex for the Scheelite-Containing Ores Research on the Effectiveness of Lump RGB Sorting

2020
Reserves of rich deposits are rapidly being dwindling. Involvement in the mining and processing of poor, hard-to-concentrate ores requires new approaches to preliminary ore sorting of mineral raw materials. A common photometric separation method needs to be with developed using modern automation tools. The most difficult problem is conducting research on a composite ore. In particular, processing the results of lump studies is a very time-consuming process. It is necessary to justify not only separation signs, but also their rational meanings. This requires automation, especially when justifying the parameters of a technology with many re-sorting. The work proposes a new hardware-software complex for scheelite-containing ores research on the effectiveness of lump RGB sorting.
