The invention provides a Chinese herbal medicinal ingredient enrichment system and method. The system comprises a transmission shaft, a piston, a valve, a filter cavity, a micro-filtration membrane, an ultra-filtration membrane, a one-way filter, a concentration cavity, a nano-filtration membrane, a support, a piston with a hole and a system shell. The aperture of the micro-filtration membrane is 0.1-2.0 micrometers. The molecular weight cut-off of the ultra-filtration membrane is 1-100 KDa, and the ultra-filtration membrane is made from polyether sulfone or cellulose or polyvinylidene fluoride. The molecular weight cut-off of the nano-filtration membrane is 100-1000 Da, and the nano-filtration membrane is made from cellulose acetate or polyamide or polysulfone. Through the enrichment method, inorganic ions can be removed while protein and other macromolecules are removed; the method can be used for solvent replacement and acid-base property regulation of samples, molecular weight segmental cut-off and enrichment of ingredients in the samples and the like; the concentration proportion of target ingredients in a Chinese herbal medicinal solution will not be damaged, and heat-sensitive ingredients will not be affected in the concentration process; inorganic salt in the solution can be effectively removed, the concentrated solution can be concentrated to a quantitative volume, and the influence of the inorganic salt is eliminated during biochemical sample testing; the system can replace a solvent system of the existing Chinese herbal medicinal solution and be used for analyzing the existing state of the ingredients in a solution environment.
