Kinetic study of the direct epoxidation of propene with O2 and water over Au/TS-1

In this work we performed a kinetic study of the epoxidation of propene with oxygen in the presence of water over Au/TS-1 promoted by Cs. As a result, a complete kinetic model was developed, which describes the experimental results well and provides insight in the rate limiting steps.
