Situs inversus is a rare condition in which intrathoracic and intraabdominal organs are in mirror-image orientation1 . This can pose significant difficulty in access, exposure and manipulation especially during minimally access surgery. Less than 10 cases have been reported in the literature for laparoscopic colectomy in this group of patients2 .Variation of vascular anatomy posesadditional difficulty for dissection and anastomosis3 .
