[Treatment of Pipkin's fracture of the femoral head].

: We present 3 cases with Pipkin's fracture of the femoral head, a rare and complicated fracture. 2 were operated on and did well. The third, not operated on, has severe symptoms and most probably will require extensive reconstructive surgery.
