Категорія "інтересу" в цивільних та трудових правовідносинах

The article investigates the category of "interest" in civil and labor relations. The author notes that the prospect of the development of legal regulation of the category "interest" in the national legal system is the construction of the necessary legal and institutional legal capacity, allowing to transform the category of "interest" in "right". One of these features is the creation of a new system of settlement of labor disputes in Ukraine. This system provides for the classification of disputes "rights disputes" and "disputes over interests". The right to the realization of the interest to be present both in the individual and collective subjective dimension. But the way of realization of subjective interest, in our opinion, should focus on non-judicial review and proceed with the involvement of mediators. A similar approach can be applied when considering the family and other disputes.
