Features and problems of reception of the objective information on a mitochondria structurally functional condition in neuropil of neocortex various layers of experimental animals (white mice, rats) and human in normal and during postischemic period was considered. The way of the automated computer analysis of the images, based on use of program ImageJ 1.46, is offered.
