The German Electoral System: Implications for India

T would like to alter slightly the concept of the title as it stands. I •®wonder whether 'implications' is the right word. India and Germany are two independent sovereign countries and there need be no 'implication' of the electoral system—or of anything else, for that matter—of one country in relation to another. So I would prefer to treat the subject as though its title read: The German Electoral System and its Relevance (or Lessons) for India.
