Fractures of the Coracoid Process of the Scapula (Four Cases Report)

We reported four cases of coracoid fracture associated with acromioclavicular dislocation. One case was treated with conservative method and other three cases were treated with surgical method.Good results were achieved in all cases. When a fracture of the coracoid process is identified by clinical examination and X-rays, one should always be aware of a possible acromioclavicular dislocation.
