The invention provides a prostate therapeutic instrument. The prostate therapeutic instrument includes a handle, an inserting piece, and a medicine channel; the handler is formed by connecting an upper handle section and a lower handle section; the inserting piece includes an intermediate section of the inserting piece and a tail section of the inserting piece, and the intermediate section of the inserting piece and the tail section of the inserting piece are in smooth transition; the tail section of the inserting piece obliquely bends upwards, and a gland groove is formed in the outer surface of the upper part of the tail section of the inserting piece; the thickness of walls of the gland groove is thin; and the medicine channel includes a main pipeline and a plurality of branch pipelines which communicate with each other successively, and is used for injecting, transmitting and storing liquid or powder medicines for treating or care the prostate. During use, the prostate therapeutic instrument can directly contact a prostate gland, and an individual can operate the prostate therapeutic instrument by himself.
