Study of the Jψ→γφφ decay

Abstract The decay J ψ →γφφ→γ K + K − K S 0 K L 0 has been studied from 8 × 10 6 J ψ 's produced in the DM2 apparatus at DCI. The branching ratio BR ( J ψ →γφφ) mφφ GeV /c 2 = (3.4±0.8±0.6) × 10 − agrees with the previous DM2 value from the four-charged-kaon mode. Tha analysis of both modes gives evidence of a resonant φφ production around 2.24 GeV/ c 2 , preferably pseudoscalar, which accounts for about one half of the total φφ production below the η c .
