Aspects that influence include financial and non-financial aspects. Both financial and non-financial business is said to be viable. Influence on the decrease in the number of seed production by 36,74% greater than the increase in feed costs by 188,91% that this measure can be eligible to run. Therefore, seed production continuity must be maintained.
