Expression of CERS2 in invasive breast cancer tissues and its clinical significance

CERS2(ceramide synthase 2)又称LASS2(homo sapiens longevity assurance homologue 2 of yeast LAGl).对CERS2基因的研究主要集中在肝癌,它不仅可抑制肝癌细胞的增殖[1],还可抑制其转移[2].那么,CERS2基因在乳腺肿瘤中的表达如何,是否具有临床意义呢?我们通过检测浸润性乳腺癌组织标本和乳腺良性肿瘤及正常乳腺组织中CERS2基因的表达,进一步探讨其临床意义,为浸润性乳腺癌的诊断和治疗提供可能的分子靶点及预后评价指标。
