The method comprises the steps that a contact number list which is sequenced according to the communication frequency of a user is predicted out and dynamically acquired; a designated number of contact numbers are fetched out of the contact number list in sequence from high to low according to the communication frequency of the user, and the fetched contact numbers are correlated with different keys respectively in sequence from high to low according to the communication frequency of the user; the contact number list is displayed in a dialing interface in sequence from high to low according to the communication frequency of the user. By means of the method and device for achieving the one-key speed dial, the corresponding relation between the contact numbers and the keys can be dynamically updated.
