Piezoelectric Earphones for Artefact-Free Recording of Auditory Brainstem Responses (ABR)

Piezoelectric earphones constructed from commercially available cone tweeters are described. The earphones are well suited for ABR recordings. The electro-acoustic properties of the earphones are comparable to those of a standard electromagnetic earphone (TDH39).
