Design and Analysis in Land Test Program for Submarine Plough

Based on the analysis of experiment research methods and related test programs for submarine plough at home and abroad,a test program was designed and applied to instruct the trenching within the performance requirements of the experimental prototype.According the principle of technology reliability and economic practical,the test program was divided into four parts,which are test readiness,laboratory no-load test,laboratory load test and outdoor trenching test,every step test consists of definite test sequences and project objectives.The status of some abnormal situations of trenching tests were analyzed,corresponding counter measures were put forward and some main failure modes were draw from the work.The periodic results indicated that the test program is reasonable and the organized test schedule is effective.It can be made a reference to the land test program of other related underwater machines.
