马来酸酐(MAH)表面改性纳米碳酸钙粉体的制备及表面性能

2007
Surface modification of nanometer calcium carbonate (nano-CaCO3) was achieved by introduction of active groups as carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups and double bond on the surface nano-CaCO3 with maleic anhydride (MAH). The polarity and surface energy of nano-CaCO3 changed with the content of MAH. The results of contact angle showed that the surface property of MAH/nano-CaCO3 particles samples was improved significantly and the best surface modification effect was achieved when the content of MAH was about 2wt% in the nano-CaCO3. SEM, ATR-FTIR, TGA were used to characterize the modified products. A mechanism for the surface modification of nano-CaCO3 by MAH is suggested based on the above results and characterization.
