Synthesis of water soluble derivatives of dextrane containing chemically linked antibiotics

Methods have been developed for the synthesis of water soluble derivatives of dextrane containing the antibiotics ampicillin, kanamycin and tetracyclin linked to the polymer macromolecules by various types of chemical bonds. The chemical structure of the compounds obtained has been confirmed by IR spectroscopy.
