Clamping method for stator combined member and stator combined member

The invention discloses a clamping method for a stator combined member and the stator combined member assembled through the method. The method comprises the following steps that parts are provided; the parts comprise casings, stator blades, inner casings, connecting screws and gaskets with the predetermined thickness, and each inner casing comprises a front half portion and a rear half portion which are separated from each other; the parts are preassembled, and the preassembled combined member is obtained; the gaskets are clamped between the front half portions and the rear half portions, the front half portions and the rear half portions are combined together through connecting bolts to support the lower ends of the fixed stator blades, the upper ends and the lower ends of the stator blades are correspondingly and fixedly connected to the casings and the inner casings, the preassembled combined member is obtained, and the preassembled combined member accords with the set clamping amount; the tightening torque of the connecting bolts is determined; the preassembled combined member is disassembled, the parts except for the gaskets are formally assembled according to the tightening torque, and the stator combined member is obtained; and in the stator combined member, the lower ends of the stator blades are in interference fit with the front half portions and the rear half portions, and the magnitude of interference is larger than zero.
