Study and Application of Absorption Gas-Water Heat Exchange Technology

The problem of heat recovery of waste gas with medium or high temperature was analyzed,and an innovative absorption gas-water heat exchange technology to recover the waste heat deeply was proposed.The principle,characteristic,and application conditions were analyzed,and the energy efficiency of a system using the technology was analyzed by a demonstration project.It is shown that the temperature of the off gas is not confined to the second side of the heat exchanger,and it could be reduced to below 30℃.The energy efficiency could be improved by 10%,and the NOx and SO2 could be reduced.
