The redirection quantitative regulation air distribution sleeve comprises a sleeve, a redirection device, a sealing device, a regulation device, an indication device and a limit device, wherein the redirection device is arranged on the sleeve; the regulation device, the indication device and the limit device are arranged on the redirection device; and the sealing device is arranged between the sleeve and the redirection device. According to the utility model, by adding the air distribution sleeve, primary air distribution at the arch crown enters a carbonization device after the direction is changed, a vertical flame rod is prevented from being vertical to a coke cake surface; moreover, the air distribution amount can be regulated quantitatively; the coke burning is controlled effectively; coal consumption is greatly reduced; the economic benefits of the heat recovery coke oven are greatly improved; and simultaneously, the competitive strength of the heat recovery coke oven is improved.
