Double-PWM variable frequency air conditioner controller

2011
The utility model relates to a double-PWM variable frequency air conditioner controller, wherein a user performs signal isolation by means of a digital isolating circuit through setting parameters of an indoor unit of the air conditioner and sends to a DSP controller. A relay is respectively connected with a four-way valve, a temperature sampler, a temperature sensor, a fan driving circuit and a fan. Furthermore the relay, the four-way valve, the temperature sampler, the temperature sensor, the fan driving circuit and the fan are controlled by the DSP controller. The DSP controller generates twelve paths of PWM waves, wherein six paths of PWM waves are respectively output to a rectifying module driving circuit and an inverting module driving circuit. The driving circuits generate driving signals through signal insulation amplification for driving a rectifying module and an inverting module. The double-PWM variable frequency air conditioner controller is accessed into an electrical network through a 380V plug. Three-phase electricity is converted to direct current through a reactor and the rectifying module, and then is converted to frequency-variable three-phase alternate current through the reactor and the inverting module. Finally the three-phase alternate current is input into a frequency-variable press of the air conditioner. Through PWM rectification control, network-side current sinusoidal variation of a rectification link is realized. The double-PWM variable frequency air conditioner controller is used for unit power factor and can realize bidirectional flow of the energy.
