Design of Temperature Measuring System on TLJ250 Continuous Extrusion Machine

The temperature of die on continuous extrusion machine in working process is very important to its life and the quality of production.A temperature measuring system based on temperature sensor and strain indicator was designed for the testing.The system can measure multiple temperature data on different sites at the same time,and save recorded data automatically.It can also realize real-time temperature curve.The requirements of temperature measurement in working process and testing can be satisfied.The temperature field which the system can get is very important to the structural improvement and theoretical research of the continuous extrusion machine.
