The manufacturing process includes that the conductors are the single-bare-copper conductors, insulation layers are single-layer insulation layers and made of polyethylene materials by means of extruding, the shield layer is wrapped longitudinally adopting composite aluminum-plastics tapes, the inner sheath layer is made of low-smoke halogen-free materials by means of extruding, the armor layer is woven adopting tin plated copper, and the sheath layer is made of irradiation cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin materials by means of extruding. The vessel low-smoke halogen-free low-toxicity rat-proof digital-signal super-category-five communication cable is rat-proof, smoke-proof, mycete-preventive, hot-humid-preventive, aging-resistant, impact-resistant, crack-resistant and the like, is soft under low-temperature conditions, is suitable for special environment such as vessels, river-sea ships and offshore oil platforms and is used for digital communication systems.
