Method and device using mobile relay for switching

The invention discloses a method and device using a mobile relay for switching; the method comprises the following steps: using a switch source base station to obtain position information of each relay and speed information of each relay attachment; determining each relay attachment to be in uniform motions according to the speed information of each relay attachment, and sending access information of each relay related to the switching to a switched target base station; sending switch related information returned by the target base station to each relay related to the switching; sending serial number state transmission messages of each relay related to the switching to the target base station; receiving a switch succeed message of the target base station, and releasing resources of each relay related to the switching in order according to the distances between the relays related to the switching and speed of each relay, wherein the distance between the relays is determined according to the position information of each relay. The method and device can reduce switch equipment energy consumptions.
