Formation of metal pattern

PURPOSE:To eliminate waste liquid and form a metal pattern by simple process by adhering metal foil on the protruding pattern of an original plate, reducing pressure by suction from the net base material of the original plate and pressurizing the original plate on the prescribed member through the metal foil at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A flexible original plate 1 is formed in circle by a printed board manufacturing device and is carried intermittently by a carrying roll 16, etc. The original plate 1 is fed between a pressurizing device 6 and flat plate receiving steel 9 formed of porous metal, etc., and metal foil 2 and a metal member 3 are fed separately between the pressurizing device 6 and the receiving steel 9. At that time, the original plate 1 is sucked from the net base material side through the receiving steel 9, the metal foil 2 is adhered to the original plate 1 and the surface of the original plate 1 is bent along the shape of the surface of the original plate 1. Then, the original plate 1 is pressed against the member 3 for a short time through the metal foil 2 by the pressurizing device 6. Thus, the metal foil 2 is cut at the corner of the protruding pattern of the original plate 1 and the formed metal pattern is transferred on the member 3.
