교양체육 참여자들의 재미요인과 성취목표성향이 수업만족 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of enjoyment and achievement goal orientation of college physical activity class participants on class satisfaction and exercise adherence. Initially, responses from 590 college students in Seoul-Kyungido and Kangwon area were collected. After screening processes, 563 responses were used for final analyses. The results showed, first, physical-psychological well-being and achievement experience factors of enjoyment influenced the educational and physical-psychological satisfaction factors of the class satisfaction while physical-psychological well-being and sociality development also influenced the environmental satisfaction. Secondly, between the achievement goal orientation and class satisfaction variables, task goal orientation positively influenced the education, environmental and physical-psychological satisfaction factors while self goal orientation negatively influenced the environmental and physical-psychological satisfaction factors. Next, the physical-psychological well being and achievement experience factors of enjoyment significantly influenced the intention and possibility of exercise adherence factors. Finally, task goal orientation was found to influence the intention and possibility of exercise adherence factors. These results emphasize the importance of the interests and enjoyment of the college level physical activity class participants. By developing environment and programs that can facilitate such factors, class satisfaction and exercise adherence of the participation could be improved.
