Loom stubble laser detection device

2008
Disclosed is a laser detection device used to detect yarn breakage on a loom, which comprises a laser used to generate incident laser beams, an optical system used to receive the incident laser beams and convert the incident laser beams into electrical signals, a circuit system connected with the optical system, and a processor electrically connected directly with the circuit system. The laser is arranged on a mounting board of the loom and ensures that when a yarn breaks, the broken yarn can be blown in to block the laser beams; the circuit system consists of a first detection circuit and a second detection circuit which are connected in parallel; and the processor takes the output signals of the first detection circuit and the second detection circuit as the input signals and judges whether yarn breakage appears on the loom according to the operation result.
