Креативное образование в рамках концепции “Университет 3.0”: от методологии к опыту реализации : материалы круглого стола научно-теоретического журнала Российской академии образования «Педагогика» в Белорусском государственном университете

In the materials of the round-table discussion held by the journal “Pedagogics” at Belarus State University on May 17, 2019 the views of the university administration and members of diff erent faculties on various problems of university functioning (educational environment transformation, new functions of the modern classical university, academic traditions being integrated into the system of educational innovations, technological processes and markets they belong to, designing and realizing technologies of creative education) are presented. For the participants there were three main issues on the agenda: 1) the educational environment transformation in accordance with the concept “University 3.0” and in terms of realizing educational, scientifi c and entrepreneurial functions by the university (taking into account appropriate understanding of the human nature), 2) designing technologies of creative education using both creativity and stereotype as mechanisms of human perception and behavior in the teaching–learning process; 3) realizing technologies of creative education through introduction of the full-time distant teachers’ training course “Methodology of learning through discovery: how to teach in diff erent ways and get identical results” (designed by Andrey Korol) based on didactic principles of compliance with human nature and effi ciency of learning activity and aimed at improving educators’ competence in using innovative educational technologies (heuristic and dialog-oriented education). Th e problems in the activity of classical university are being solved according to the area of science studied at the specifi c faculty. Unlike entrepreneurial universities, one of the aims of the classical university working under the model “University 3.0” is not only integration of educational and entrepreneurial activity but also realizing sociocultural mission by way of complex executing of four functions (educational, research, entrepreneurial and pedagogical) and investing into the human assets. In educational area the problem of combining fundamental (particularly, mathematical) and practical (computer-oriented and pedagogical) training is still urgent. Pedagogical results of lecturers and students’ interaction are provided by acquisition of the culture of evaluating other people’s achievements positively which is not subject to formal assessment though. In sociocultural area Belarus State University is developing the practice of cultural, or creative, industries which unite culture, business and creative activities focused on creation, promotion and control of cultural events products, on generating profi t and workplaces through intellectual property and increase of investment into the cultural sphere. In juridical education special attention is paid to training the diff erent specialist who can think creatively and to designing new juridical technologies aimed at producing the product able to be competitive on the market and be turned into assets. Th e most eff ective instrument for training lecturers able to work in new conditions is the technology of heuristic education which allows developing heuristic component of the educator’s professional competence and students’ hybrid skills and competencies.
