Intelligent profile control injection system

An electrically operated valve is installed in each pipe manifold. A central control cabinet (37) is connected with each control cabinet, the electrically operated valves and a sensor through a signal transmission cable (50) and a cable (49). A programmable logic controller (PLC) control method is adopted, control signals of each unit are collected and instructions are sent out. Automatic control is adopted for proportioning of materials of the whole system and for detecting and recording of datum, automatic control to the profile control injection is achieved, labor intensity of workers is reduced, a working environment of the workers is improved, work efficiency is improved, cost of the profile control injection operation is greatly reduced, and correct implementation of profile control crafts is ensured.
