Auxiliary linear anchoring device for researching tensile properties of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) ribs

2014
The invention provides an auxiliary linear anchoring device for researching the tensile properties of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) ribs. The device comprises a main frame (1), a base (2), a concentric shaft hole system (3) and pendulum bob devices (4), wherein the main frame (1) is fixedly arranged on the base (2) and comprises a lower layer (11) and an upper layer (12); the concentric shaft hole system (3) is a set of three-layer concentric hole channels which are formed in the base (2), the lower layer (11) and the upper layer (12), respectively; the two pendulum bob devices (4) are fixed on the parts, at two sides of the concentric shaft hole system (3), of the upper layer (12), respectively. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can be used for anchoring at two ends during research on the tensile properties of the FRP ribs with irregular diameters so as to ensure that the FRP ribs are concentric to an anchoring tool, so that the FRP ribs are prevented from being affected by shearing stress in a tensile process. Thus, the anchoring efficiency and the anchoring effectiveness are effectively increased, and the efficiency and the effectiveness of scientific research are improved.
