Low-noise cage regulating valve

The invention relates to a low-noise cage regulating valve comprising a three-way valve body, a bonnet, a valve stem, a combined valve cage, a guide element, a high-flow throttle element, a vortex separation protective unit, a compressing member and a plug. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, an inflow passage and an outflow passage. The inflow passage and the outflow passage pass through the valve cavity. The guide element and the combined valve cage are coaxially sleeved and are in tight fit with the opening end of the outflow passage. The lower end of the high-flow throttle element is provided with a socket, so that the high-flow throttle element is positioned at the upper end of the guide element and the upper end of the combined valve cage. The vortex separation protective element is fixedly connected with the compressing member by welding. The compressing member is connected with a plurality of shock-absorbing limit devices. One end of the valve stem passes the bonne to be in linkage with the plug. The plug slidably covers the outer edges of the guide element, the high-flow throttle element and the compressing member. The low-noise cage regulating valve has the advantages that fluid noise is reduced effectively, turbulence collision is relieved, and flow capacity under large openness is improved.
