Novel organic silicon water repellent and preparing method thereof

The invention relates to a novel organic silicon water repellent and a preparing method thereof. The novel water repellent comprises following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinylsilicone oil, 20 to 500 parts of polymerization monomers, 1 to 10 parts of initiators, and 100 to 500 parts of solvents, wherein a molar ratio of vinyls to silicon in the polyvinylsilicone oil is (1 to 80): 100. The specific polyvinylsilicone oil and the polymerization monomers are crosslinked to prepare the novel organic silicon water repellent which has excellent water repelling effect and good compatibility with a base material, the durability of the water repellent is improved, the base material can be processed after the water repellent is diluted by an organic solvent, and the water repellent can also be prepared into emulsion to process the base material.
