Étude des Métabolites de L'Aspergillus Versicolor (Vuill.) Tiraboschi

The modified “Prins reaction” between 4-hydroxy-l-butene and 1,3,6,8-tetramethoxyanthraquinone-2-carboxaldehyde gives mainly 1,3,6,8-tetramethoxy-2,2′e-(4′e-acetoxy-tetrahydropyran) anthraquinone. The conformation of the reaction product was established by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. There is non-identity between this product and tetramethylversicorufin.
