The invention discloses apple beer and a brewing method thereof, which belong to the field of the preparation of alcohol beverages. The apple beer is prepared in the steps of diluting, blending, adding hops, sterilizing, cooling, inoculating beer yeast, fermenting, cooling, filtering and filling by adopting concentrated apple juice as a raw material. At the room temperature of 20 DEG C, the content of carbon dioxide in the apple beer is 2.0 to 5.0 kg/cm . The industrial problem that the apple deep processing industry is single and is excessive in production capacity can be alleviated by sufficiently utilizing the largest apple concentrated juice industry in China; moreover, by adopting the means of improving the utilization rate of a beer production device and reducing the energy consumption of the traditional beer production, the economic benefit of a beer factory is increased, and the global grain issue is improved. The apple beer which is golden, clear, transparent, strong in fruit fragrance, obvious in hops fragrance, refreshing, sweet and mellow, exquisite in foams, rich in nutrition and low in cost is produced by sufficiently utilizing the rich apple resource in China, so that an important social benefit is realized.
