The articles deals with the increased interest of implementing integrated systems to manage the quality, the occupational health and safety and the environment's protection, after recognizing the importance of all of this elements in the smooth running of any enterprise. The employed methods were: analysis and synthesis and modeling. This article summarizes the common elements among each standardized models for the quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management systems, and the advantages and disadvantages of the integration were valuated. This responds to the objective of proposing a model for an integrated system and the methodology for its application.
