The electroencephalograph is one of the most commonly used in the Neuropsiquiatrica clinic Cabinet studies. The development of an electroencephalogram, making such analysis, specifically a temporary and analysis in frequency as well as graphically by viewing this accompanied by a database via a user-friendly graphical interface by means of mathematical techniques signal processing software is reported. The system is earned with the participation of 10 patients reported with disorder ADHD deficit obtaining a series of images of brain mapping with the characterization of a pattern. They were the absolute and relative in each of the channels, by frequency; powers alpha, beta, delta and theta, their statistical parameters, interhemisferica correlation factors and obtained the brain mapping by frequency band. The program allows us to select the segment required analyze signal; results are presented in numerical and graphical by segment and the total number of selected segments. The system is highly flexible as it can be configured according to the needs of the neurophysiologist. This system is intended to be a tool for clinical and research in Neuropsychiatry.
