The invention relates to a temperature field measurement device and method of a heating surface under high-temperature smoke flow. The temperature field measurement device comprises a double-light-path endoscope lens (2), an infrared CCD (3), a tubular sealed cooling shell (1) used for protecting the double-light-path endoscope lens and the infrared CCD and completely wrapping the double-light-path endoscope lens and the infrared CCD, two optical filers (41 and 42), and a computer (5), wherein a double-light-path endoscope lens light inlet is reserved in the front end of the shell, the shell is further provided with a compressed air inlet, a camera power wire and a data bus connector, the central wavelengths of the two optical filters are lambda 1 and lambda 2, the optical filters are used for filtering stray light at other wave bands and installed between the double-light-path endoscope lens and a photosensitive component of the infrared CCD, temperature measurement software is embedded in the computer, and image information collected by the infrared CCD camera is converted into temperature information. The lens does not need an optical filter wheel rotary device, so that influences of vibration on imaging are reduced. One CCD camera is needed to realize double-wavelength temperature measurement and resolves the problem of difficult time synchronization of two cameras.
