Numerical simulation of three-roll screw rolling process for titanium alloy bar

With the aid of the software Deform-3D,three-dimensional FEM of three-roll screw rolling process of titanium alloy bar was established and the finite element analysis of the whole process of the rolling was carried out.The bar deformation rule of three-roll screw rolling process was obtained and the stress and strain of the titanium alloy rolling process and the load of roller were analyzed.The research has an important significance for controlling the rolling defects,and also provides significant basis for designing the rolling parameters and key parts.
