Study on extraction and anti-bacterial activity of Lipoteichoic acid

Lipoteichoic acid(LTA) is extracted from group A streptococcus by adopting TX114 and cold phenol method to study the antibacterial activity.All-wavelength ultraviolet scanning results illustrate that the purity rate of LTA with anion-exchange chromatography TX114 is higher,and experiments show that LTA has good anti-bacterial activity and TX114 method is more effective.
