Drying roller device

The invention discloses a drying roller device. A drying roller cavity is externally wrapped with a water jacket insulation layer. A feeding port and a high-temperature air outlet are formed in the top of the exterior of the drying roller cavity. A discharging port and a high-temperature air inlet are formed in the bottom of the drying roller cavity. A stirring shaft is arranged in the drying roller cavity. Blades are arranged on the stirring shaft which is driven by a motor. The drying performance of the drying roller device is sufficiently improved, uneven heating is avoided, the drying effect is improved, and meanwhile the phenomenon of material burning due to the excessively-high temperature is avoided. Cyclic utilization of softened water and high-temperature air which are generated through pyrolysis gasification is achieved, no other external heat sources are needed, and the economic cost is saved.
