The present invention discloses an antistatic and a high content of β crystal composite fiber polyvinylidene fluoride membrane and ethene nm. This polyvinylidene fluoride membrane is a nano-composite fiber blend, said blend comprising polyvinylidene fluoride, an ionic liquid; polyvinylidene fluoride and the ionic liquid mass ratio of 100: 0.5 to 50. The method of polyvinylidene fluoride is an ionic liquid and dried; then, polyvinylidene fluoride, an ionic liquid, N, N- dimethylformamide, a mass ratio of 100: 0.5 to 50: 200 to 300 were mixed 70 ~ 85 ℃ water bath with magnetic stirring at 4 ~ 12h, and then acetone was added, wherein the mass ratio of polyvinylidene fluoride and vinyl acetone is 100: 200 to 300, obtained after mixing electrospinning precursor solution; final electrospinning. In the present invention, polyvinylidene fluoride fiber membranes exhibited nanocomposite nanofibrous structure, not only having a high content of β crystal, but also has good antistatic properties.
