Novel high-strength iron-aluminum alloy forging material

2014
The present invention relates to a novel high-strength iron-aluminum alloy forging material, which contains, by mass, 2-8.2% of Ni, 0.6-1.9% of Si, 0.02-0.35% of Zr, 0.03-0.55% of Al, and 0.001-0.05% of C. According to the present invention, the novel high-strength iron-aluminum alloy forging material can be used for the forging forming products including the resin injection forming material, and the like, and can have performances of high hardness, high strength, high ductility, and high thermal conductivity.
