Effect of nursing intervention on the quality of newborn feeding

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of newborn feeding.Methods:97 cases of full-term newborns in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(47 cases) in accordance with the principle of informed consent.The control group used the traditional method of breast feeding,the observation group received systematic nursing intervention of breast feeding,the quality of newborn feeding in two groups were compared.Results:In observation group,the endocrine status of newborns were better than that of the control group,and hemoglobin was also significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups(p 0.05);the changes of height and weight of two groups were compared,the differences were not significant(p0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the quality of newborn feeding,which is worthy of attention.
